Branson Lace is part of Brecklein Arts, a family company based in the Ozarks of northern Arkansas and southern Missouri. Our business is mainly online, but we do enjoy maintaining a very small retail outlet inside the Branson Craft Mall in Branson, MO.

- Mail-in orders must be paid by money order. We do not accept orders placed by phone.
Shipping Policies
- Your order should arrive between 5 and 15 days after payment is received.
- If you need your order sooner, please email kim@bransonlace.com to check availability and make shipping arrangements.
Additional charges may apply. - Most orders are shipped USPS; some larger orders may come via Fed-Ex or UPS.
- Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- If any item is backordered or discontinued, you will be notified and offered an opportunity to adjust your order.

Satisfaction and Returns
- We want you to love your lace and fine textiles. All Heritage Lace items are carefully inspected; however, if an item arrives damaged or flawed, please return it to us for a full refund or store credit.
If the item was damaged in transit, please include the damaged shipping material. - If you discover that an item you ordered won't work for you, we will accept the return of unused merchandised in new condition for a full refund (not including shipping charges).
- Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days past the date we shipped to you.
